Dancer, dance teacher and amateur baker from Dublin, I have been baking with the ladies in my family for as long as I can remember. There's nothing better then trying out a new recipe and sharing it with my family and friends. The kitchen has become a safe haven for me, a place where I can clear my mind and concentrate on making something delicious and beautiful. Also, nothing relieves tension and the frustrations of a working week more than kneading bread for a good ten minutes!! Hard core!
